REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Le Reve Scents. We strive to provide you with the highest quality perfumes and exceptional customer service. As part of our commitment to transparency and clarity in our business practices, we want to inform you about our return policy.

Policy Overview:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any perfume products purchased through our website. This policy applies to all orders, regardless of the reason for return.

 

Reasons for No Return Policy:

  1. Product Integrity: Perfumes are sensitive products that can be affected by various factors such as temperature, exposure to air, and handling. Once a perfume product leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee its integrity and quality.

  2. Hygiene Concerns: Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns of perfume products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

  3. Compliance with Regulations: Our no return policy helps us comply with regulations and maintain the highest standards of product safety and quality.

Exceptions:

In rare cases where a product is damaged during shipping or if there is an error on our part with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to address the issue promptly and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / incorrect product, which has to be made.

Refund Policy:

  • In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.

  • If accepted, your refund may take upto 20 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by Le Reve Scents

  • The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
